【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对心脏搭桥术患者心理状态及并发症的影响。方法选择2015年6月—2018年6月郑州市第七人民医院收治的76例心脏搭桥术患者,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。观察组患者实施综合护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)及并发症总发生率。结果干预前,两组患者HAMD评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预20 d后,观察组患者HAMD评分为(10.18±1.08)分低于对照组患者(13.39±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总发生率(7.89%)低于对照组患者(39.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预后,可有效改善心脏搭桥术患者的心理状态,减少患者不良情绪,并明显降低并发症发生率,具有一定安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and complications of patients undergoing cardiac bypass grafting. Methods 76 patients undergoing cardiac bypass grafting were randomly divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=38). The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The Hamilton depression scale(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD) and the total incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, the HAMD scores of the two groups were compared. After 20 days of intervention, the HAMD score of the observation group(10.18 ±1.08) was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.39 ±1.27)(P<0.05), and the total incidence of the patients in the observation group(7.89%) was lower than that of the control group(39.47%)(P<0.05). Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention, the psychological state of patients undergoing cardiac bypass grafting can be effectively improved,the bad mood of patients can be reduced, and the incidence of complications can be significantly reduced, which is safe to a certain extent.更多还原
