【摘要】 目的探讨喉罩全麻下单孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸部常见疾病的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2016年12月—2019年1月44例行喉罩全麻下单孔胸腔镜手术患者的临床资料,肺大泡切除术28例,肺楔形切除术11例,胸膜活检术5例。结果手术均顺利完成,术中中转气管插管1例,中转三孔胸腔镜手术1例,平均手术时间56.82(27～110)min,平均出血量17.39(10～40) ml,术后平均胸管留置时间3.75(2～6)d,术后平均住院时间6.6 d,无术后死亡和严重并发症。结论喉罩全麻下单孔胸腔镜手术治疗胸部简单疾病安全可行,可以在临床上进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of single hole thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia of larynx mask for simple thoracic diseases. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 44 patients with Single hole thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia of laryngeal mask from December,2016 to January,2019 was done.Result All the operations were successfull. One case converted to endotracheal intubation during operation,and one case converted to three-hole thoracoscopic surgery.The mean operating time was 56.82(27～110) min,the average volume of blood loss was 17.39(10～40) ml,the duration of chest drain use was 3.75(2～6) days,the average postoperative length of stay was 6.68(4～9) days,no perioperative death or severe complications were observed in any of cases. Conclusion The single hole thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia of larynx is safe and feasible for the treatment of simple chest diseases,and can be further promotion and application in clinic.更多还原
