【摘要】 目的探讨恢复体操对腹腔镜结直肠癌患者的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年2月—2018年12月在郑州市第七人民医院接受治疗的120例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者的临床资料,依据干预方式不同,分为对照组(常规护理干预,60例)与观察组(恢复体操干预,60例)。观察对比两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及进食时间等胃肠功能恢复情况,并统计两组患者并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及术后进食时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恢复体操护理干预应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌患者中,可有效促进胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of recovery Gymnastics in laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer treated in the hospital from February, 2017 to December, 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different intervention methods, they were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention, 60 cases) and observation group(recovery gymnastics intervention, 60 cases). The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, such as bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and eating time, were observed and compared between the two groups. And the complications of the two groups were counted. Results After intervention, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of anal exhaust and the time of eating after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation gymnastics nursing intervention in laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
