热-力耦合作用下聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土力学性能研究
Study on mechanical properties of polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete under thermal-force coupling
【摘要】 在探寻聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土在高温作用下力学性能与变形性能的改善作用和对声发射特性的影响,研究了基准混凝土与聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土在预设30%极限荷载作用下,分别在20、200、400、600、800℃高温作用下的力学性能与变形性能,并且通过声发射检测系统实时监测混凝土在热-力耦合作用下的损伤。结果表明,聚丙烯腈的加入,可以有效提高混凝土的抗压强度残余率,抑制混凝土的高温膨胀变形,改善了混凝土能量的吸收与耗散。
【Abstract】 It aims to explore the effect of polyacrylonitrile fiber on the mechanical properties and deformation properties of concrete under high temperature and the effect of acoustic emission characteristics.It researches the mechanical properties and deformation properties of concrete and polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete,based on the presupposition limited load of 30%,and at the temperature of 20 ℃,200 ℃,400 ℃,600 ℃ and 800 ℃.Also,under thermal-force coupling,it monitors concrete damage by acoustic emission detection system.The results show that adding the polyacrylonitrile fiber can effectively improve the residual rate of oncrete compressive strength.It also can suppress the expansion deformation of concrete in high temperature,and improve the energy release of concrete and the absorption of concrete energy.
