基于直流阶跃法的混凝土电阻率与抗氯离子渗透性评价
Research on relation of anti-chloride permeability and concrete resistivity based on DC-step input
【摘要】 提出的直流阶跃法检测混凝土电阻率,直接检测标准养护的混凝土强度试件,在试验室内研究了水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰,矿粉掺量对各龄期混凝土电阻率的影响;在某搅拌站对工程使用的C30混凝土进行了电阻率、电通量法,快速氯离子扩散系数检测,结果表明提出的电阻率法与上述两种标准方法相关性高,可以快捷评价混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性。
【Abstract】 Concrete resistivity can be tested by a method titled with direct current step input(DCSI).Simply by testing the strength specimen in lab,the influence of water binder ration,sand ratio,mineral admixture content on the DCSI resistivity were studied.Then the relation between C30 commercial concrete resistivity and electric flux as well as rapid chloride permeation index was investigated.The positive results suggested that DCSI resistivity could be used to evaluate the concrete chloride permeability effectively.
