【摘要】 目的探讨医院消毒供应室外来手术器械清洗质量的影响因素及其管理对策。方法选择本院消毒供应室2017年1月至2019年6月收入清洗的外来手术器械706套,参照相关技术规范评价清洗质量,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析确定外来手术器械清洗质量的影响因素,并制定相应管理对策。结果清洗质量合格器械共645套,合格率为90.97%;多因素logistic回归分析显示影响清洗质量的因素有操作人员认知不足、预处理不规范、清洗设备运用不良及未遵守清洗流程(P <0.05)。结论消毒供应室外来手术器械清洗质量影响因素有操作人员认知、预处理规范性、清洗设备运用、清洗流程遵守状况,需加强手术器械清洗操作培训,构建完善的质控体系,以提高清洗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors that affected the cleaning quality of foreign surgical instruments from the hospital disinfection supply room and the relevant management countermeasures. Methods To select 706 sets of foreign surgical instruments that were cleaned from January 2017 to June 2019 in the hospital disinfection supply room,evaluate the cleaning quality with reference to relevant technical specifications,and use single factor and multi-factor logistic regression analysis to determine the influencing factors affecting the cleaning quality of foreign surgical instruments,and formulate corresponding management countermeasures. Results There were 645 sets of qualified cleaning equipment,with a pass rate of 90. 97%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting cleaning quality included insufficient awareness of operators,non-standard pretreatment,poor application of cleaning equipment,and failure to follow cleaning procedures( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The influencing factors affecting the cleaning quality of foreign surgical instruments from the hospital disinfection supply room included awareness of operators,pretreatment norms,application of cleaning equipment,and cleaning process compliance. It was necessary to strengthen the training of surgical instrument cleaning operations and build a complete quality control system to improve cleaning quality.更多还原
