【摘要】 目的探讨童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤行为的关联,以及疼痛应对方式在童年期虐待与青少年非自杀性自伤行为关联中的中介作用。方法 2018年1月至2019年3月,选取本地5400名在校初高中生作为研究对象,采用分层整群抽样法进行研究,使用儿童期虐待调查问卷、疼痛应对方式量表以及青少年亚健康评定问卷等,对抽选调查对象进行问卷调查,并分析调查结果数据。结果本研究共收回有效问卷5300份。童年期虐待与青少年非自杀性自伤行为呈正相关(P <0.05),与青少年疼痛中间应对、消极应对呈正相关(P <0.05);青少年疼痛中间应对、消极应对以及各项维度评分与青少年非自杀性自伤行为调查问卷得分呈正相关(P <0.05);童年期虐待、自伤行为频率与积极应对方式呈负相关(P <0.05);童年期虐待、非自杀性自伤行为关联中消极疼痛应对方式的中介效用为15.68%。结论童年期虐待与青少年非自杀性自伤行为存在正相关关系,且在两者的关联中疼痛应对方式具有一定的中介效应,提早了解青少年的疼痛应对方式,积极的应对方式可以有效减少有童年期虐待青少年非自杀性自伤行为的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-harm behavior,and the mediating role of pain coping style in the relationship between childhood abuse and adolescent non-suicidal self-harm behavior. Methods We selected 5,400 local middle and high school students from January 2018 to March 2019 as the study objects,and the stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct the research.The childhood abuse questionnaire,pain coping style scale,and adolescent health assessment questionnaires,etc.,were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on selected survey subjects and analyze the survey result data. Results A total of 5,300 valid questionnaires were collected in this study. Childhood abuse was positively correlated with adolescents’ non-suicidal self-injury behaviors( P < 0. 05),and positively correlated with adolescents’ pain intermediate coping and negative coping( P < 0. 05). The adolescents’ pain intermediate coping,negative coping and various dimensional scores were positively correlated with adolescents’ non-suicidal self-harming behavior questionnaire scores( P < 0. 05). The frequency of childhood abuse and self-harm behavior was negatively correlated with positive coping styles( P < 0. 05),and the mediating effect of negative pain coping styles in the relationship between childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-harm behavior was 15. 68%. Conclusion There was a positive correlation between childhood abuse and adolescents’ non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and pain coping styles had a certain mediating effect in the relationship between the two. Early understanding of adolescents’ pain coping styles was positive. Coping styles can effectively reduce the incidence of non-suicidal self-harming behaviors among adolescents who abused during childhood.更多还原
