【摘要】 目的探讨圆桌认知疗法对乳腺癌患者自我效能、应对方式与生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年5—12月某三级甲等医院住院的乳腺癌患者82例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组在此基础上实施圆桌认知疗法,干预4周后比较两组患者的自我效能、应对方式和生活质量。结果干预后,干预组自我效能、应对方式中面对评分高于对照组(P <0.05),干预组应对方式中回避、屈服评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);干预组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能和总体健康状况评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),疲乏、疼痛、恶心呕吐评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论圆桌认知疗法能够提高乳腺癌患者的自我效能水平,采取积极的方式应对疾病,从而改善其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of round-table cognitive therapy on self-efficacy,coping style and living quality of patients with breast cancer. Methods To select 82 cases of breast cancer patients hospitalized in a tertiary A hospital from May to December 2019 was set as the study objects by using convenience sampling,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The control group used conventional nursing measures,and the intervention group was used round-table cognitive therapy based on this to compare the self-efficacy,coping style and living quality of the two groups of patients after 4 weeks of intervention. Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy score,and facing score in the coping style of the intervention group were higher than those of the control( P < 0. 05). The avoidance and yield scores in the coping style of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function,general health scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the fatigue,pain,nausea and vomiting scores were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of round-table cognitive therapy can improve the self-efficacy level of breast cancer patients and adopt a positive way to deal with the disease,thereby improving their quality of life.更多还原
