【摘要】 目的探讨基于石墨文档的信息化模式在我院手术室高值耗材管理中的应用效果,以减少差错发生,提高工作效率,实现信息化管理。方法选取2019年1—6月本科室高值耗材300种,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统人工管理高值耗材模式,观察组采用石墨文档的信息化管理模式。比较两组高值耗材平均每天清点时间、漏登率、错误发生率等指标。结果观察组每天清点高值耗材平均用时、漏登率、错误发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论以石墨文档为基础的信息化管理模式能有效解决传统人工管理模式缺点,提高工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of the informationalized model based on graphite documents in the management of high-value consumables used in the operating room of our hospital,so as to reduce the occurrence of errors,improve work efficiency,and realize information management.Methods We selected 300 kinds of high-value consumables in this department from January to June 2019,and randomly divided them into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted the traditional manual management mode for high-value consumables,and the observation group adopted the graphite documents informationalized management mode to compare the average daily count time of high-value consumables,missed registration rate,error rate and other indicators of the two groups.Results The average daily count time of high-value consumables,missed registration rate,and error rate in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion The informationalized management model based on graphite documents can effectively solve the shortcomings of the traditional manual management model and improve work efficiency.更多还原
