【摘要】 目的调查实习护生对带教老师综合能力的评价,分析带教老师综合能力方面存在的问题,以提高带教效果和实习质量。方法采用"带教老师综合能力评价"问卷,对2017年7月至2018年5月在我院实习的89名2014级护生进行调查。结果护生对带教老师学习和掌握理论知识能力的总体满意度评价为85.73%;带教老师大多能胜任自己的各项临床护理工作,护生对老师临床护理实践能力的总体满意度评价为93.42%,对老师沟通和协作能力的总体满意度评价为92.11%;但对老师临床教学能力满意度评价较低,为80.26%。结论要进一步提高带教老师的综合能力,提高带教意识,改进带教方法,从而提高带教效果和实习质量,培养护生的综合能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the evaluation of the practice nurses on the comprehensive ability of the clinical teachers and analyze the problems in the comprehensive ability of the clinical teachers,in order to improve the teaching effect and the practice quality.Methods We adopted the questionnaire of " comprehensive ability evaluation of clinical teachers" to conduct a survey for 89 practice nurses of the 2014 grade who practiced in our hospital from July 2017 to May 2018.Results The overall satisfaction evaluation of nursing students on the ability of clinical teachers to learn and master theoretical knowledge was 85.73%,most of the clinical teachers were competent for their various clinical nursing tasks,and the overall satisfaction evaluation of practice nurses on the teachers’ clinical nursing practice ability was 93.42%,and the overall satisfaction evaluation of the teacher’s communication and collaboration ability was 92.11%,but the evaluation of the teacher’s clinical teaching ability was,it was relatively low 80.26%.Conclusion It was necessary to further improve the comprehensive ability of clinical teachers,increase teaching awareness,improve teaching methods,thereby improve the teaching effect and the practice quality,and cultivate the comprehensive ability of practice nurses.更多还原
