【摘要】 目的探讨鼻烟窝桡动脉远端穿刺在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3—9月在我院择期行冠状动脉介入治疗的患者100例为研究对象,按介入治疗途径等分为腕部桡动脉组和鼻烟窝桡动脉组,比较两组患者术后血管并发症发生率、疼痛程度、满意度。结果鼻烟窝桡动脉组术后血管并发症发生率低于腕部桡动脉组(P <0.05),疼痛程度轻于腕部桡动脉组(P <0.05),患者满意度高于腕部桡动脉组(P <0.05)。结论经鼻烟窝桡动脉远端穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗的血管并发症发生率低、局部穿刺口无明显疼痛、患者满意度高、护理方便安全,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of distal radial artery puncture of nasopharyngeal fossa in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods To select 100 cases of patients who underwent elective coronary interventional therapy in our hospital from March to September 2019 as the study objects.According to the interventional therapy pathway,they were divided into wrist radial artery group and nasopharyngeal fossa radial artery group,and the incidence of postoperative vascular complications,pain degree,satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative vascular complications in the nasopharyngeal fossa radial artery group was lower than that in the wrist radial artery group(P < 0.05),the pain degree was lighter than that in the wrist radial artery group(P < 0.05),and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the wrist radial artery group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of distal radial artery puncture of nasopharyngeal fossa in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention had a low incidence rate of vascular complications,no obvious pain at the local puncture vulnus,high satisfaction from patients,and convenient and safe nursing,which was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
