【摘要】 目的探讨肺心病无创呼吸机治疗失败的相关因素与护理对策。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月在我院呼吸科住院的无创呼吸机治疗的肺心病患者80例为研究对象,收集其相关资料并进行多因素logistic回归分析处理,分析肺心病无创呼吸机治疗失败的高危因素。结果 80例肺心病患者中有19例不能耐受无创呼吸机治疗,失败率为23. 75%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,对疾病认知程度低、经济收入低、有恐惧心理、有压迫和憋气不适感、护理操作不得当是导致肺心病无创呼吸机治疗失败的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论引起肺心病无创呼吸机治疗失败的因素有很多,护理人员要高度警惕并应对高危因素,提高患者配合度,保证其顺利完成治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objestive To explore the related factors and nursing countermeasures for failure of non-invasive ventilator treatment of cor pulmonale.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease treated with non-invasive ventilator in the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and their relevant data was collected to perform multi-factor logistic regression analysis and processing and analyze the high risk factors that non-invasive ventilator treatment failed in pulmonary heart disease. Results There were 19 cases in 80 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease could not tolerate non-invasive ventilator treatment,the failure rate was 23. 75%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the low awareness of the disease,low economic income,fear,pressure and discomfort of holding breath,and improper nursing operations were the independent risk factors leading to the failure of non-invasive ventilator treatment of cor pulmonale( P < 0. 05). Conclusion There are many factors that cause the failure of non-invasive ventilator treatment of pulmonary heart disease.
