【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇产前分娩恐惧的影响因素及其护理对策。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年9月收治的妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇90例,借助自制一般情况调查量表获取孕妇基础资料,基于分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)评估其产前恐惧现状,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析调查孕妇产前分娩恐惧的影响因素,确定临床护理对策。结果本组存在产前分娩恐惧的孕妇共20例。单因素分析显示,妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇产前分娩恐惧的相关因素有年龄、学历水平、孕次、受孕方式、分娩创伤史、社会支持、分娩自我效能、产前健康教育(P <0. 05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥35岁、高中及以下学历、人工受孕、分娩创伤史、社会支持量表评分≤22分、分娩自我效能量表评分≤192分是导致妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇产前分娩恐惧的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇产前分娩恐惧影响因素包括年龄≥35岁、高中及以下学历、人工受孕、分娩创伤史、社会支持量表评分≤22分、分娩自我效能量表评分≤192分,需加强产前健康教育,强化社会支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of prenatal delivery fear in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy and its nursing countermeasures. Methods To select 90 cases of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy from January 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital,and the self-made general questionnaire was used to obtain basic data of pregnant women. Based on childbirth attitudes questionnaire( CAQ) to assess their prenatal fear status,univariate and multifactor logistic Regression analysis was used investigate the influencing factors of prenatal delivery fear of pregnant women,and determine clinical nursing strategies. Results A total of 20 pregnant women with prenatal delivery fear in this group. Univariate analysis showed that the factors related to the prenatal delivery fear in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy included the age,education level,times of pregnancy,conception method,history of birth trauma,social support,self-efficacy of childbirth,and prenatal health education( P < 0. 05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age≥35 years old,high school education and below,artificial impregnation,history of birth trauma,social support scale score≤22 points,and self-efficacy of childbirth scale score≤192 points were the independent risk factors that lead to the prenatal delivery fear in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The influencing factors to the prenatal delivery fear in pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy included the age≥35 years old,high school education and below,artificial impregnation,history of birth trauma,social support scale score≤22 points,and self-efficacy of childbirth scale score≤192 points.
