【摘要】 目的探讨绿色通道流程改进对急性缺血性脑卒中患者进门到用药(door-to-needle,DTN)时间的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月我院急诊科收治的110例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,其中55例为绿色通道改进前患者,设为对照组;其余55例为绿色通道改进后患者,设为试验组。比较两组分诊至抢救室时间、分诊至建立静脉通道时间、分检至标本送检达检验科时间、分诊至CT上传时间和DTN时间。结果试验组分诊至抢救室时间、分诊至建立静脉通道时间、分诊至CT上传时间、分诊至标本送达检验科时间、DTN平均时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者DTN时间标准的绿色通道流程能有效缩短分诊时间、分诊至建立静脉通道时间、分检至标本送检达检验科时间、分诊至CT上传时间和DTN时间,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of process improvement of green channel on the door-to-needle( DTN) time of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods To select 110 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,of which 55 cases were the patients before the improvement of green channel and were set as a control group,and the remaining 55 cases were the patients After the improvement of green channel,were set as the test group.The time from diagnosis to the emergency room,the time from the triage to the establishment of the venous channel,the time from go-on-go to the specimen served to the clinical lab,the time from the triage to CT upload and the time of DTN,which were compared between the two groups.Results The time from diagnosis to the emergency room,the time from the triage to the establishment of the venous channel,the time from go-on-go to the specimen served to the clinical lab,the time from the triage to CT upload and the average time of DTN in the test group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significan( P <0.05).Conclusion The process of standard green channel of DTN time in patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively shorten the time for triage,the time from the triage to the establishment of the venous channel,the time from go-on-go to the specimen served to the clinical lab,the time from the triage to CT upload and the time of DTN,which was worth popularizing and applying.更多还原
