【摘要】 目的调查分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者住院生活质量现况及其影响因素,为采取针对性措施、提高生活质量提供依据。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年8月住院的80例老年COPD患者作为研究对象。收集患者的年龄、性别、合并症、文化程度、家庭人均日收入、吸烟史、呼吸系统疾病史、卧床时间、1年内病情加重住院情况、病程、COPD严重程度、第1秒用力呼气量（FEV₁）分级、营养行为习惯、使用无创正压呼吸机辅助通气、皮肤状态、心理负担程度、自我效能、家庭和社会支持关怀度,采用我院自制的生活质量量表、COPD病情分级评估量表,调查患者生活质量,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析确定老年COPD患者住院生活质量的影响因素。结果多元线性回归分析显示,合并症数量、1年内急性加重住院次数、病情严重程度、使用无创正压呼吸机辅助通气、营养行为习惯、家庭和社会支持关怀是影响老年COPD患者生活质量的独立危险因素（P <0.05）。结论老年COPD住院患者生活质量处于偏低水平,根据生活质量相关影响因素采取针对性措施,以改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the current status and influencing factors of hospitalized quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（ COPD）,and to provide evidence for taking targeted measures for improving the quality of life.Methods We selected 80 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with COPD in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 as the study subjects.The patients’ age,gender,comorbidities,education level,daily household income per capita,smoking history,history of respiratory diseases,bed time,aggravated hospitalization due to aggravation within 1 year,course of disease,severity of COPD,forced expiratory volume in one second（ FEV₁） grading,nutritional habits,use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilator assisted ventilation,skin status,psychological burden,self-efficacy,support care of family and social were collected.The our home-made quality of life scale and COPD disease rating assessment scale were used to investigate the quality of life of patients,and univariate and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze and determine the influencing factors of the quality of life of elderly patients with COPD.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of comorbidities,the number of acute hospitalization due to aggravation within 1 year,and the severity of the disease,use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilator assisted ventilation,nutritional habits,and support care of family and social were the independent risk factors that affected the quality of life of elderly patients with COPD（ P < 0.05）.Conclusion The quality of life of elderly inpatients with COPD was at a low level,and targeted measures should be taken according to the related influencing factors to improve the quality of life.更多还原
