【摘要】 目的探讨尿毒症血液透析患者院外体力活动的现状及干预策略。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月于我院进行血液透析治疗的90例尿毒症患者为研究对象,采用人类活动概况量表(HAP)调查院外体力活动现状,通过多元逐步回归分析影响院外体力活动的相关因素。结果 90例尿毒症患者HAP总分(111.80±7.76)分,其中独立锻炼得分率最低(27.23%),自理得分率最高(86.88%)。多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、锻炼益处/障碍评分、精力评分是尿毒症血液透析患者院外体力活动的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论尿毒症血液透析患者院外体力活动不太理想,且受到年龄、锻炼益处/障碍感受、精力程度影响,应给予针对性心理干预、健康教育、信息支持等,以提高其体力活动能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current status and intervention strategy of physical activity outside the hospital in uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis intervention strategy.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with uremia who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects.The current status of physical activity outside the hospital was investigated by HAP,and the relevant factors affecting the physical activity outside the hospital were analyzed through multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results 90 cases of patients with uremia had a total HAP score of( 111.80 ± 7.76),among them,the independent exercise score was the lowest( 27.23%),and the self-care score was the highest( 86.88%).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the age,exercise benefit/obstacle score,and energy score were the independent risk factors of out-of-hospital physical activity in uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis( P < 0.05).Conclusion The physical activity outside the hospital of uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis was not ideal,and was affected by the age,exercise benefit/obstacle score,and energy level.Targeted psychological intervention,health education,and information support should be given to improve their physical activity.更多还原
