【摘要】 目的了解癫痫患儿直接照顾者心理状况,并分析影响因素。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zarit负担量表(ZBI)评价我院2018年1月至2019年6月就诊的107例癫痫患儿直接照顾者心理状况,从患儿及直接照顾者角度分析心理状况相关影响因素。结果 107例直接照顾者SAS评分平均(42. 64±11. 48)分,焦虑检出率38. 32%,ZBI评分平均(37. 69±12. 84)分,轻度负担占57. 01%,中度负担占33. 64%,重度负担占9. 35%;患儿近半年发作频繁、照顾者文化程度小学及以下、家庭月收入<3000元/月、家庭居住地城市、社会支持度低是影响直接照顾者焦虑的危险因素(P <0. 05);患儿近半年发作频繁、照顾者文化程度小学及以下、社会支持度低是影响直接照顾者照顾负担的危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论癫痫患儿直接照顾者存在较严重的焦虑情绪及照顾负担,患儿发作频率、照顾者文化程度、家庭月收入、社会支持度等对照顾者心理状况有重要影响,临床应予以针对性心理干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the psychological status of direct caregivers of children patients with epilepsy and analyze the influencing factors.Methods We used self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and Zarit burden interview( ZBI) to evaluate the psychological status of 107 direct caregivers of children patients with epilepsy from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital,and the related influencing factors of psychological status were analyzed from the perspectives of children patients and direct caregivers. Results The 107 direct caregivers had an average SAS score of( 42. 64 ± 11. 48) points,an anxiety detection rate of 38. 32%,an average ZBI score of( 37. 69 ± 12. 84) points,a mild burden of 57. 01%,a moderate burden of 33. 64%,and a severe burden of 9. 35%. The frequent episodes,caregiver’s education level of elementary school or below,monthly family income < RMB 3000/month,family resident city,low social support were risk factors affecting the anxiety of direct caregivers; the frequent episodes,caregiver’s education level of elementary school or below,and low social support were risk factors affecting the care burden of direct caregivers( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The direct caregivers of children patients with epilepsy had serious anxiety and care burden. The frequency of seizures,the education level of the caregivers,monthly family income and social support,ect had important effects on the caregiver’s psychological status,so clinical psychological intervention should be targeted.更多还原
