【摘要】 目的对俯卧位支架自行设计改进为"新型脊柱手术体位垫",探讨其应用于俯卧位脊柱手术患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1—12月收治的180例俯卧位腰椎手术患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用原有的俯卧位体位垫,观察组使用新型脊柱手术体位垫。比较两组患者的不舒适感和支撑点皮肤的受压状况。结果观察组患者不舒适感低于对照组(P <0. 05),受压部位支撑点皮肤的受压状况均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论新型脊柱手术体位垫应用于俯卧位手术患者,改善患者皮肤发红、水泡的情况,提高患者的舒适感,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve and design the prone position stent by itself as a "new type of posture cushion for spine surgery ",and its clinical application effect in patients undergoing prone position surgery was discussed. Methods We selected 180 cases of patients undergoing spinal surgery with prone position from January to December 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used the original prone position cushion and the observation group used a new type of posture cushion for spinal surgery to compare the discomfort and the pressure of the skin at the supporting point between the patients of the two groups. Results The discomfort of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the pressure status of the skin at the supporting points of the observation group were superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The new type of posture cushion for spinal surgery was applied to patients undergoing prone position surgery to improve the redness and blisters of the patients’ skin and improve their comfort,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
