【摘要】 利用工业化孵化设施对白斑狗鱼在不同温度和水流条件下的孵化率进行了研究。结果表明:白斑狗(Esox lucius)鱼受精卵最适宜孵化水温为8～12℃;在白斑狗鱼受精卵不同发育期,不同水流速度对其影响也是不同的,但水流速度在原肠期为1. 3～1. 5L/min、原肠期至胚体扭转期为2. 5～2. 8L/min、胚体扭转期至破膜为1. 8～2. 0L/min (温度为10℃)时,白斑狗鱼受精卵的孵化率最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hatching ratio of Esox lucius under the different temperate and current conditions using industrial hatching facilities has been studied. The results indicate: the most adaptive hatching temperate of E. lucius is8℃-12℃; and during the different growth stage of E. lucius zygotes,the effects of different current speed are different too. However,when the current speed is 1. 3 L/min-1. 5 L/min during gastrulae stage,2. 5 L/min-2. 8 L/min during gastrulae stage to embryo torsion stage,and 1. 8 L/min-2. 0 L/min( temperate is 10℃) during embryo torsion stage to breaking through membrane,the hatching ratio of E. lucius zygotes is the highest.更多还原
