【摘要】 在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略要求下,以全面弘扬黄河文化为目标,通过黄河两岸公路现状的调查研究,指出了当前沿黄公路存在的不足,对沿黄生态通道互联互通的必要性和现实条件进行了分析,提出了在充分保护现有自然资源和文化资源的前提下,加强顶层设计和整体规划、突出黄河文化和红色文化主线、"先通后好"的沿黄通道打通和建设原则,并给出了传承和弘扬黄河文化的创新举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the requirement of the national strategy of ecological protection and high quality development in reaches of the Yellow River, it is regarded as target to disseminate the Yellow River cultural. Through the investigation and study of the current situation of the highway on both sides of the Yellow River, the shortcomings were pointed out. The necessity and realistic conditions for the interconnection of the ecological channel along the Yellow River were analyzed. Some principles of opening and constructing the ecological channel along the Yellow River were put forward, such as strengthening the top-level design and overall planning, highlighting the main line of the Yellow River culture and Red Culture, first connecting and then improving. And the innovative measures of inheriting and promoting the Yellow River culture were also given.更多还原
