【摘要】 鞍山市作为东北老工业城市,在产业转型升级的过程中面临诸多困境和挑战,提高城市吸引力,减少人才外流,挖掘消费需求潜能,推动鞍山地区产业转型升级任重道远。在分析鞍山经济运行与人口结构现状的基础上,从提高城市管理者的综合素养和决策管理能力、优化营商环境、吸引与留住人才以及积极发展生活性服务业四个方面提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anshan, an old industrial city located in Liaoning province, faces multiple dilemmas and challenges during industry transformation and upgrade. Results show that it remains a long and arduous task for Anshan to increase city attractiveness, reduce brain drain, tap into consumption potentials and promote industry transformation and upgrade. Based on the current situations of Anshan’s economic operation and population structure, this paper intends to propose solutions and suggestions from four perspectives, separately the enhancement of city managers’ comprehensive quality and ability involving decision management, the improvement of business environment, the deep analysis on elements that attract and retain talents, as well as proactive development of life service industry.更多还原
