S3307和GA对谷子农艺性状及产量的影响

【摘要】 为促进植物生长调节剂在谷子生产中的应用,本试验选用公矮5号和红谷09-1两个谷子品种为试验材料,采用大田随机区组设计,在拔节期分别喷施3种浓度的S3307和GA,研究其对谷子抗倒性和产量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,S3307对公矮5号和红谷09-1的株高有抑制作用;增加了两个品种植株茎粗;公矮5号的75mg·L-1S3307处理增产15.6%,显著高于CK,红谷09-1的50mg·L-1 S3307处理增产25.7%,极显著高于CK。与对照相比,GA对两个品种的株高和茎粗都有促进作用;公矮5号的产量最大值是10mg·L-1 GA处理,增产10.4%,但与CK差异不显著,红谷09-1的产量最大值是30mg·L-1 GA处理,增产20.2%,显著高于CK。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the application of plant growth regulators in millet production,Gongai No.5 and Honggu 09-1,were used as test materials.The field randomized block design method was used to spray S3307 and GA at jointing stages to study the resistance to millet and yield impact.The results showed that S3307 had an inhibitory effect on the plant height of Gongai No.5 and Honggu 09-1 compared with CK;the stem diameters of the two plants were increased;the 75 mg·L-1 S3307 treatment of Gongai No.5 increased the yield by 15.6%,and reached a significant difference to CK.The 50 mg·L-1 S3307 treatment of Honggu 09-1 increased the yield by25.7%,and reached a significantly different level to CK.GA could promote the plant height and stem diameters of the two varieties compared with CK;the maximum yield of Gongai No.5 was 10 mg·L-1 GA treatment,increasing the yield by 10.4%,but it did not reach the level of significant difference to CK,the maximum yield of Honggu 09-1 was 30 mg·L-1 GA treatment,which increased production by 20.2%,and reached significant difference to CK.
