精选和引发处理对萝卜种子质量的影响

【摘要】 为提高萝卜种子发芽率和活力,采用筛选和色选两种方法对萝卜种子进行精选,并对精选后的种子进行引发处理。结果表明:筛选可以部分去除死种子和低活力种子,色选处理分离出的深色种子中则含有较高比例的死种子。采用两者结合的精选处理,种子发芽势和发芽率从原来的86%和92%分别提高到89%和95%。引发处理对种子发芽势和发芽率影响不大,但是明显影响了种子发芽速度和整齐度。种子发芽指数提高95%。建议生产上采用精选加引发的处理方法,全面提高萝卜种子质量。

【Abstract】 In order to improve germination rate and vigor of Chinese radish seeds,upgraded seeds were obtained by size-sorting and color-sorting and then subjected to priming treatment.The results showed that size-sorting could partially remove lower-vigor seeds and dead seeds.The seeds with dark color separated by color sorting containd a higher proportion of dead seeds.With the combination of the two sorting methods,the seed germination potential and germination rate of upgraded seeds were increased from 86% & 92% to 89% & 95% respectively.Seed priming treatment had no obvious effect on germination potential and germination rate but significantly improved germination speed and uniformity.Seed germination index was increased by 95% compared to the control.The combination of upgrading and priming techniques were recommended for the enhancement of Chinese radish seed quality in seed production.
