【摘要】 为了研究化脓隐秘杆菌的危害性,实验测定了化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1型的细菌生长曲线和其对小鼠的半数致死量。首先对化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1型菌株进行分离培养,使用分光光度计对菌液进行实时OD₆₀₀值的测定,同时对各时间段的菌液进行细菌计数,绘制出化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1型的细菌生长曲线;根据改进寇氏算法计算出化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1感染小鼠的半数致死量。结果表明,化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1型在5%血清的BHI液体培养基中,培养12～14 h为该菌的对数生长期,此时的细菌数为8.4×10¹⁰cfu;化脓隐秘杆菌HJ-1型对小鼠的半数致死量LD₅₀=4.16×10⁸cfu。更多还原

【Abstract】 Growth curve and LD-50 of Trueperella pyogenes（T.Pyogenes）type HJ-1 was determined to study on the harmfulness of T.Pyogenes.Firstly,T.Pyogenes type HJ-1 was isolated and cultured.The real-time OD₆₀₀ value of the bacterial solution was determined by spectrophotometer.At the same time,the bacterial solution of each time period was counted.Then the bacterial growth curve of T.Pyogenes type HJ-1 was plotted.LD-50 of T.Pyogenes type HJ-1 was determined by the improved Karber method.The results showed that the logarithmic growth period of T.Pyogenes type HJ-1 was 12～14 h in BHI liquid medium with 5% serum,the bacterial count at this time was 8.4×10¹⁰ cfu and LD-50 was 4.16×10⁸ cfu of T.Pyogenes type HJ-1 to mice.更多还原
