【摘要】 鼓励学生参与大学内部治理是实现高等教育现代化治理的有效途径。文章通过对41所一流大学建设高校的章程进行文本分析,发现学生成为大学治理的"局外人",制度的不完善也给学生参与带来负担。面对这种困境,大学首先应该从修订大学章程着手,完备学生参与的"法源支持";完善制度建设,减轻学生参与的"规章负担";拓展学生参与范围和途径,搭建参与平台;同时开展思想教育,增强学生对"治理参与者"身份的认同感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Encouraging students to participate in the internal governance of universities is an effective way to realize the modernization of higher education. Through the text analysis of the statutes of 41 first-class universities, this paper finds that students become "outsiders" of university governance, and the imperfection of the system also brings burden to students’ participation. In the face of this dilemma, the university should start with the amendment of the university statutes to complete the "legal source support" of students’ participation; improve the system construction to reduce the "regulatory burden" of students’ participation; expand the scope and ways of students’ participation to build a platform for participation; at the same time, carry out ideological education to enhance students’ identity of "governance participants".更多还原
