【摘要】 高校"大思政"教育生态概念的产生与发展,反映出我国高校思政教育系统对于"大思政"概念内涵与外延的认识逐步深入与细化。构建"大思政"教育生态是回答"培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人"这一根本问题的必然选择。为此,"大思政"教育生态基本要素应包含机制要素、主体要素与客体要素。基于各基本要素之间的协同耦合,"大思政"教育系统结构应包含"内部—外部""输入—输出""循环—反馈"等三种功能特性。在育人实践过程中,"大思政"教育生态的基本要素与结构功能应着重在育人机制建设、育人主体培育与育人环境营造等三个方面发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of universities’ educational ecology based on "the Macro Ideological and Political Education"has generated and been developing, which reflects that the cognition of Chinese universities’ ideological and political educational system towards the denotation and connotation of the concept——"the Macro Ideological and Political Education" has been progressively deepen and elaborated.The construction of the educational ecology based on "the Macro Ideological and Political Education" is supposed to be an inevitable choice aiming to answer the fundamental issue of "who to train, how to train, and train for whom". As a result, the essential elements should include the mechanism, subject and object ones. Based on the synergy and coupling between the basic elements, the structure of "the Macro Ideological and Political Education" system must contain three functional properties, "interior-exterior", "import-export", and "circulation-feedback". In the educational practical process, the essential elements and the structural function of the educational ecology based on "the Macro Ideological and Political Education" must focus on three aspects, which are the educational mechanism construction,the educational subject cultivationand the educational environment creation, to make great differences.更多还原
