【摘要】 "一带一路"倡议的实施促进了我国与沿线国家法律外交的发展,对涉外法律人才提出更高的要求。目前的涉外法律人才培养机制已无法适应我国战略发展的需要。因此,高校需要以地域和自身优势为导向定位培养目标,以协同育人理念推动培养模式创新,优化课程体系,加快优质教材建设。只有这样,才能为我国"一带一路"法律外交储备和提供充足的后备力量,为与沿线各国的合作共赢提供优质的法律服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of "The Belt And Road" initiative promotes the development of legal diplomacy between China and countries along the Belt and Road, and puts forward higher requirements for foreign-related legal personnel. The current cultivating mechanism of foreign-related legal personnel cannot meet the needs of our strategic development. Therefore, universities need to set training object based on the regional and scholastic advantages, promote the innovation of training mode with the concept of collaborative education, optimize the curriculum system, and accelerate the construction of high-quality textbooks. Only in these way can we reserve and provide sufficient forces for Chinese legal diplomacy of "The Belt And Road" and provide high-quality legal services for the win-win cooperation of countries along the belt and road.更多还原
