哺乳动物植入前胚胎中细胞谱系分化的调控机制
Regulatory mechanism of cell lineage specification in mammalian preimplantation
【摘要】 胚胎植入前发育是指胚胎从受精卵开始直到在子宫着床前的发育。在这一过程中,通过剧烈的细胞分裂,胚胎由单细胞变成多细胞,随后胚胎产生极性分裂,即由多个卵裂球组成的桑椹胚分化为内细胞团与滋养层,此为胚胎细胞的第一次谱系决定。文章阐述了胚胎细胞谱系分化的调节机制,重点讨论了极性蛋白、相关信号通路和转录因子对胚胎细胞谱系分化的影响,旨在为多能干细胞的研究及胚胎体外生产体系的完善、胚胎发育相关疾病的治疗等相关技术提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Preimplantation development refers to the early embryonic development between fertilization and implantation. In this process,the embryo changes from a single cell to a multicellular one by rapid cell division,followed by the differentiation of morula consisting of multiple blastomere into inner cell mass( ICM) and trophectoderm( TE),this is the first lineage determination of embryonic cells. In this review,the author attempted to describe the regulatory mechanisms of embryonic cell lineage differentiation. The aim is to provide some theoretical basis for the study of pluripotent stem cells、improvement of embryo production system in vitro、treatment of diseases related to embryonic development and other related technologies.
