【摘要】 松弛素(relaxin)是一种全身性循环的肽类激素,从松弛素被发现开始,对于松弛素结构和功能的研究从未停止。近年来科学技术的发展为松弛素结构和功能的研究提供了条件,关于松弛素功能的研究有了更多的扩展,学者们对松弛素与受体之间的构效关系有了更深入的了解,为开发更高效、结构更简单的松弛素类似肽创造了条件。文章就近年来关于松弛素的来源、松弛素与受体的构效关系、生物学功能等方面的研究进展进行简要综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Relaxin is a peptide hormone with systemic circulation,the research on the structure and function of relaxin has been ongoing since the discovery of relaxin. In recent years,the development of science and technology has provided conditions for the study of relaxin structure and function. The research on relaxin function and the structure-activity relationship between relaxin and receptor has been expanded. It provides the conditions for the development of relaxin like peptide with more efficient and simple structure. In this paper,the source of relaxin,biological function and the structure-activity relationship between relaxin and its receptor are reviewed.更多还原
