亚牛磺酸对马鹿精子体外获能的影响
The effects of hypotaurineon wapiti( Cervus elaphus) sperm capacitation in vitro
【摘要】 精子在受精前必须获能,这是哺乳动物独具的特性。精子体外诱导获能是体外受精研究中首要解决的问题。本试验以马鹿精子为试验材料,采用上浮法诱导其精子体外获能,对亚牛磺酸诱导马鹿精子的获能效果进行了评价。结果表明:在BO或TALP为基础的获能液中加入30~200μmol/L亚牛磺酸均可以提高马鹿精子体外获能的水平,延长获能马鹿精子活率,适宜的亚牛磺酸浓度为100μmol/L;亚牛磺酸在TALP液中的使用效果优于在BO液中的使用效果。
【Abstract】 Sperm capacitation is an essential mature process before mammalian fertilization. Making sperm capacitated in vitro is an important prerequisite to complete fertilization in vitro. In this study,the effects of hypotaurine on wapiti( Cervus elaphus) sperm capacitation in vitro were studied by the method of sperm-up and evaluated using the indexes of sperm motility,bend-tail ratio and survival rate. The results showed that the effects of wapiti sperm capacitation in vitro were increased with 30 ~ 200 μmol/L hypotaurine in BO or TALP,the sperm viability were increased,and he effects of hypotaurine in TALP were better than it in BO.
