【摘要】 目的探讨实施护理专案改善在外周静脉治疗质量控制中的应用效果。方法以护理专案改善实施前的外周静脉治疗患者3 974例次为改善前组,护理专案改善实施后的外周静脉治疗患者4 152例次为改善后组,成立外周静脉治疗护理专案小组,应用护理专案改善方法要因分析,分别从药物渗出、药物外渗、静脉炎、穿刺点发红、外周静脉导管堵塞并发症制订并实施外周静脉治疗的标准化方案。结果干预后外周静脉治疗患者药物渗出发生率由5.86%下降到2.91%,药物外渗发生率由1.53%下降到0.65%,静脉炎、穿刺点发红、外周静脉导管堵塞发生率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施护理专案改善在外周静脉治疗质量控制中对护理质量指标进行持续监控,能有效促进外周静脉输液治疗质量,确保静脉治疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of nursing project on improving quality control of peripheral venous therapy.Method A total of 3 974 patients with peripheral venous treatment before the establishment of nursing project were the control group,and 4 152 patients with peripheral venous treatment after the establishment of nursing project were the intervention group.The nursing project improvement measures included establishing peripheral vein care project team,main cause analysis,and implementing the standardization of peripheral vein treatment plan from exudate,leaking liquid, phlebitis,the puncture point redness,peripheral venous catheter jam complications to formulated.Results After intervention,the incidence of drug exudate of peripheral venous therapy patients decreased from 5.86% to 2.91%,and the rate of drug leakage decreased from 1.53% to 0.65%.The incidence rate of phlebitis,redness at puncture point and peripheral venous catheter blockage decreased(P<0.01 orP<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing project to improve the quality control of peripheral venous therapy can effectively promote the quality of peripheral venous infusion therapy to ensure the safety of venous therapy.更多还原
