水热法合成α-MoO3纳米带及其三乙胺气敏性能

【摘要】 采用简单的一步水热法合成了α-MoO3纳米带,并利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等现代分析手段对合成材料的结构及形貌进行了表征。制备的α-MoO3纳米带长80~100μm,宽200~600 nm,厚约90 nm。将α-MoO3纳米带制成厚膜型气敏元件,测试其对乙醇、甲醛、甲苯、丙酮、苯和三乙胺气体的气敏性能。结果表明,在最佳工作温度217℃时,α-MoO3纳米带气敏元件对三乙胺有良好的气体选择性及灵敏度,对100μL·L-1的三乙胺气体的响应值为213.7,最低检出限为0.1μL·L-1。相关研究可以应用于实际工业生产中痕量三乙胺的高灵敏度检测。

【Abstract】 The α-MoO3nanobelts were prepared by a simple, one-pot hydrothermal method, and then were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) as well as transmission electron microscopy(TEM) techniques. The as-obtained α-MoO3nanobelts were 80~100 μm in length, 200~600 nm in width and were about 90 nm in thickness. The gas sensors based on α-MoO3nanobelts were fabricated to measure the gas-sensing property to ethanol, formaldehyde, toluene, acetone, benzene and triethylamine(TEA). Such α-MoO3nanobelts sensors exhibited excellent selectivity and sensitivity to TEA at the optimal working temperature of 217 °C. The response towards TEA of 100 μL·L-1 was 213.7, and the detection limit was 0.1 μL·L-1. The as-prepared sensors can be applied to the highly sensitive detection of trace triethylamine in industrial production.
