原始卵泡形成研究进展
Primordial Follicle Formation and its Mechanism
【摘要】 卵巢早期发育中的原始卵泡形成以及原始卵泡向初级卵泡的转变及后续发育是卵巢行使生物功能的关键过程。这些过程直接影响女性在整个生育过程中可获得的卵母细胞数量。原始卵泡作为发育卵泡和卵母细胞的唯一来源,在哺乳动物整个生殖中起到了至关重要的作用,一旦原始卵泡池被耗尽,会发生绝经并导致卵巢病变,如卵巢早衰(POF)和不孕。原始卵泡组装和发育由局部产生的旁分泌和自分泌生长因子协调,内分泌因素如黄体酮也被发现影响原始卵泡组装。本文综述介绍了原始卵泡形成与发育,包括参与原始卵泡发生的细胞因子,总结了小鼠和人体这些过程的细胞和分子研究的进展。
【Abstract】 The assembly of the primordial follicles early in ovarian development and the subsequent development and transition of the primordial follicle to the primary follicle are crucial processes in ovarian biology.These processes directly affect the number of oocytes available to a female throughout womens reproductive life.Primordial follicle,As the only source of developing follicles and oocytes,they play a vital role in the whole reproductive life of mammals.Once the pool of primordial follicles is depleted a series of physiological changes known as menopause occur.The in appropriate coordination of these processes contributes to ovarian pathologies such as premature ovarian failure(POF)and infertility.Primordial follicle assembly and development are coordinated by locally produced paracrine and autocrine growth factors.Endocrine factors such as progesterone have also been identified that influence follicular assembly.This review describes primordial follicle formation and development,including cytokines involved in primordial follicle development,the progress of cell and molecular studies in these processes in mice and humans was summarized.
