精密制造中复杂反光表面三维测量技术
3D Optical Measurement of Complex Reflection Surface in Precision Manufacturing
【摘要】 针对强反光表面、多次反光表面以及半透明材质表面等复杂反光表面的测量问题,本文提出基于区域条纹投射的强反光/多次反射表面测量方法、基于多频条纹投射的半透明材质表面测量方法、以及基于单像素成像的复杂反光表面的测量方法,可以有效地测量这些难测表面,为实现测量反馈到加工质量检测与工艺优化提供了必要的数据源。
【Abstract】 To solve the measurement of shiny/multiple-reflection surface based on regional fringe projection,translucent surface measurement based on multi-frequency fringe projection,as well as the single pixel imaging for complex reflection surfaces are proposed in this paper.These complex surfaces can be effectively measured to provide the data which is necessary for the feedback of measurement result to the quality inspection and processing optimization of the manufacturing.
