【摘要】 目的:评价分析在产后出血中运用产后出血预测评分和防治机制的效果。方法:选择2018年7月20日—2019年7月20日我院的孕产妇60例作为研究对象,依据产妇的出血情况进行分组,分别是高危组、中危组以及低危组,各组有20例,比较分析各组的出血情况。结果:低危组产后出血量低于其他两组,P<0.05,三组均无患者死亡。结论:在产后出血中,运用产后出血预测评分及防治机制可良好预测产妇的出血情况,并采取有效的预防措施,可最大限度地保证产妇生命安全,值得临床采纳与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of applying postpartum hemorrhage prediction score and prevention mechanism in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 60 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from July 20,2018 to July 20,2019 were selected as the research objects. They were grouped according to the bleeding situation of the women,which were respectively high-risk group,intermediate-risk group and low-risk group. Twenty cases were compared and analyzed. Results: Postpartum hemorrhage was lower in the low-risk group than in the other two groups,P<0.05,and no patients died. Conclusion: In postpartum hemorrhage,the use of postpartum hemorrhage prediction scores and prevention and treatment mechanisms can well predict maternal hemorrhage,and take effective preventive measures,which can ensure the maximum safety of maternal life,and is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.更多还原
