亚硝化絮状污泥启动上流式厌氧污泥床-厌氧氨氧化反应器及污泥颗粒化研究

【摘要】 为探讨上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)-厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)反应器的快速启动及污泥颗粒化,采用亚硝化絮状污泥与ANAMMOX颗粒污泥(粒径<0.5mm)的混合污泥作为接种污泥启动反应器。结果表明,35d时TN的去除率和去除负荷分别为51%和0.23g/(L·d),成功启动UASB-ANAMMOX反应器。随进水基质浓度和进水负荷的逐步提高,ANAMMOX活性不断增强,120d时TN的去除率和去除负荷分别为76%和0.93g/(L·d)。反应器运行过程中,颗粒污泥平均粒径不断增大,120d时粒径≥0.5mm的颗粒污泥质量分数为73.6%,污泥呈现红褐色。大量的颗粒污泥聚集在反应器底部,基质在底部快速降解,而在上部降解缓慢;底部颗粒污泥的平均粒径明显大于上部,并且底部的混合液挥发性悬浮固体(MLVSS)与混合液悬浮固体(MLSS)质量浓度比值较低,而上部则较高。说明,接种亚硝化絮状污泥与ANAMMOX颗粒污泥有利于UASB-ANAMMOX反应器的快速启动及污泥颗粒化。

【Abstract】 In order to discuss the rapid start-up of UASB-ANAMMOX reactor and sludge granulation,UASB-ANAMMOX reactor was started with the mixed bacteria of flocculent nitrosation sludge and ANAMMOX granular sludge(particle size< 0.5 mm).The results indicated that,TN removal rate and removal load were 51% and 0.23 g/(L·d)at 35 days,respectively,and UASB-ANAMMOX reactor was successfully started.With the gradually increased of influent substrate concentration and influent load,the activity of ANAMMOX was continuously enhanced.At 120 days,TN removal rate and removal load were 76% and 0.93 g/(L·d),respectively.During the operation of the reactor,the average particle size of granular sludge was increasing,the proportion of granular sludge≥0.5 mm was 73.6% at the 120 day,and the granular sludge was reddish brown.A large amount of granular sludge was gathered at the bottom of the reactor,the substrate degraded rapidly at the bottom and slowly degraded in the upper part.The average particle size of bottom granular sludge was significantly larger than that of upper granular sludge,and the MLVSS/MLSS value of bottom granular sludge was lower than that of upper granular sludge.It was concluded that inoculation of nitrosation flocculent sludge and ANAMMOX granular sludge was beneficial to the rapid start-up of UASB-ANAMMOX reactor and sludge granulation.
