球磨法制备胶体粒径土壤细颗粒

【摘要】 采用行星式球磨机球磨3种不同类型土壤(南京矿区土、鹰潭红壤和延边黑土)制备胶体粒径土壤细颗粒,探讨了助磨剂的添加及球磨时间等因素的影响,建立一种高效的制备方法。结果表明,与直接球磨相比,助磨剂辅助球磨制备的土壤细颗粒粒径小且均一。助磨剂建议选择经济高效的去离子水,土样与助磨剂比例为1g∶5.0mL,球磨时间为24h,该方法对3种土样均适用,并且效果相近。以矿区土为例,球磨得到土壤细颗粒平均粒径为152nm,粒径分布均匀、集中,胶体粒径产出率可达98.67%。

【Abstract】 Soil fine particles with colloid size were prepared from 3 different kinds of soils(mining soil from Nanjing,red soil from Yingtan and black soil from Yanbian)via a planetary ball mill.The effects of grinding additives and milling time were investigated.Therefore,a rapid and high-efficient method was established.Results showed that smaller and more uniform particle size was obtained when using grinding additives compared with direct ball milling.Deionized water was recommended as grinding additive as it was cheap and effective.The ratio of soil to grinding additive should be 1 g∶5.0 mL and mining time 24 h.The optimized method was suitable for all 3 kinds of soils with similar results.Taking mining soil as an example,the size of the obtained soil fine particles was relatively concentrated,with the average diameter of 152 nm.Soil fine particles with colloid size production rate reached 98.67%.
