2019年春节期间重庆市烟花爆竹禁放效果评估

【摘要】 为评估2019年春节期间重庆市烟花爆竹禁放政策的实施效果,利用2015—2019年春节期间的空气质量自动监测数据及在线水溶性离子监测数据等资料,并采用烟花爆竹影响分级、PM2.5/CO法等方法,估算了除夕夜烟花爆竹燃放对重庆市各监测站点的影响。结果表明,2019年重庆市烟花爆竹禁放后,空气质量明显好于往年。主城区优良天数为近5年春节期间最多,PM2.5平均浓度为近5年最低,除夕夜PM2.5和PM10最大峰值同比分别下降72.8%和74.1%,且烟花污染的强示踪组分K+、Mg2+、Cl-等也没有出现明显陡升,有近一半的监测站点空气质量基本未受烟花爆竹影响。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the effect of fireworks prohibition policy in Chongqing during the Spring Festival in 2019,the online data of air quality automatic monitoring and water-soluble ion monitoring from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed.Moreover,the effects of fireworks on various sites were estimated by means of the influence classification factors and PM2.5/CO.The results showed that the air quality during the Spring Festival was significantly improved because of the fireworks prohibition.The excellent days in the main urban area were the most and the average concentration of PM2.5 was the lowest in the past 5 years.The maximum peak concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 on Chinese New Year’s Eve decreased 72.8% and 74.1% respectively compared to last year.The components of PM2.5,such as K+,Mg2+,Cl- showed no significant steep increase.Nearly half of the air quality sites were barely affected by fireworks.
