硝酸钾晶体洗涤实验研究
Study on Crystal Washing of Potassium Nitrate
【摘要】 硝酸钾生产过程中,结晶析出的硝酸钾晶体总是不可避免地含有氯化铵等杂质,用水洗涤除去这些杂质是确保硝酸钾产品质量的主要操作工艺。文章通过实验研究了硝酸钾晶体不同洗涤方法的效果,并研究了影响洗涤效果的主要因素。实验表明,采用置换洗涤和化浆洗涤相结合对硝酸钾晶体的洗涤效果较好。
【Abstract】 In the production process of potassium nitrate,the crystals of potassium nitrate precipitated by the crystal always inevitably contain impurities such as ammonium chloride. Therefore,washing with water to remove these impurities is the main operation process for ensuring the quality of the potassium nitrate. In this article,the effects of different washing methods of potassium nitrate crystals and the main factors affecting the washing effect were studied. The experiments showed that the combination of displacement washing and pulp washing has a better washing effect on potassium nitrate crystal.
