【Abstract】 In order to adapt to China’s all-directional opening up in the new era and to meet the demand for top talents of new cross-border business by constructing Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone.Heilongjiang University takes great efforts to create a specialty cluster of "new cross-border business to Russia" by relying on school-running orientation and distinctive advantages in Heilongjiang University.Heilongjiang University has the advantages for constructing specialty clusters:all-round school running with Russia,a comprehensive university with a wide variety of subjects and specialties,a perfect collaborative education mechanism and a strong teaching faculty for Russia.In this regard,the important paths for the construction are suggested like the following:achieving the effective connection between the setting of professional clusters and the needs of industrial enterprises,carrying out in-depth reform of talent training model,strengthening the construction of practical training bases inside and outside the school,and improving the service capacity for regional economic and social development.更多还原
