石英光纤预制棒生产线管理监控系统设计

【摘要】 针对光纤预制棒工艺制备过程主要依靠人工操作和监控能力薄弱的问题,设计了基于组态王和PLC的光纤预制棒生产实时检测、报警、控制系统。企业网络服务器、企业管理用计算机与现场工控机通过信息层工业以太网互相连接,操作人员可以对生产现场进行远程监控,管理人员也可以通过该网络结构获取实时生产信息,进行数据分析和信息管理。设计的生产线管理监控系统提升了光纤预制棒生产工艺的自动化水平,实现了全工艺在线精确检测,提高了控制精度和系统稳定性,进而提升了产品质量指标,提高了生产效益。

【Abstract】 Fabrication process of fiber prefabricated rod mainly depends on manual operation and the monitoring abilityis weak. To solve this problem, a real-time detection, alarm and control system for fiber prefabricated rod production based on KingView and PLC is designed. The enterprise network server, the enterprise management computer and the industrial PC on site are connected with each other through the industrial Ethernet of the information layer so that the operators can conduct remote monitoring of the production site, and the managers can also obtain real-time production information through the network structure for data analysis and information management. The designed production line management and monitoring system enhances the automation level of the fiber prefabricated rod production process, itrealizes the online accurate detection of the whole process, increases the control precision and system operation stability, and finallyit improves the product quality index and production efficiency.
