旅游法实施后导游人员组织承诺对离职行为的影响研究——以广东省为例
A Study on the Impact of Organizational Commitment of Tour Guides on Resignation Behavior after the Implementation of the Tourism Law——A Case Study in Guangdong Province
【摘要】 采用SPSS22.0软件对旅游法实施后的样本数据进行分析,再将其分析结果与旅游法实施前的数据进行对比分析,结果显示旅游法实施后导游人员的组织承诺降低、离职倾向增强、组织承诺与离职倾向之间呈显著负相关性、组织承诺对离职倾向具有预测性,特别是规范承诺、理想承诺和机会承诺对离职倾向影响最大。
【Abstract】 SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the sample data after the implementation of the Tourism Law, and then the results of the analysis were compared with the data before the implementation of the Tourism Law.The results show that after the implementation of the Tourism Law, the organizational commitment of tour guides decreased, and the resignation tendency was enhanced. Individual characteristics were not predictive to organizational commitment and resignation tendency. There was a significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and resignation tendency. Organizational commitment was predictive to resignation tendency, and especially normative commitment, ideal commitment and opportunity commitment have maximum impact on resignation tendency.
