【Abstract】 In view of differences of job orientation and training orientation among undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges, ordinary undergraduate, and students in higher vocational colleges, based on analysis of position demand and status of undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes characteristics of undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges, discusses meaning and value of cultivating undergraduates cultivated in higher vocational colleges of Hunan, states feasibility and application prospect, and finally proposes the personnel cultivating program for undergraduates in high-level and high-end skill-oriented major of Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation.更多还原
