转化炉高温热电偶保护管材料的研究与应用
Study and Application of High-temperature Thermocouple Protection Tube Materials in Reformer
【摘要】 分析了高温合金和高温陶瓷保护管材料的性能及其在转化炉中的应用情况。结果表明:GH3039、Haynes 214、3YC52、二硅化钼及重结晶碳化硅等高温保护管材料适合在转化炉中部和下部测温点应用;高纯刚玉管在转化炉上部测温点应用,极大地提高了转化炉高温热电偶的使用寿命,是较为理想的高温保护管材料。
【Abstract】 The properties of high-temperature alloys and high-temperature ceramic protective tube materials and their applications in the reformer were analyzed. The results showed that high temperature protection tube materials such as GH3039, Haynes 214, 3 YC52, MoSi2 and recrystallized silicon carbide are suitable for the application in the central and lower temperature-measuring points of the reformer. The application of high-purity corundum tube in the upper temperature-measuring point of the reformer greatly improves the service life of the reformer’s high-temperature thermocouples and is an ideal high-temperature protection tube material.
