聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-氧化锌包覆正十四醇多功能相变微胶囊的制备及表征

【摘要】 以苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为乳化剂,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-氧化锌(PMMA-ZnO)复合材料为壁材、正十四醇(TDA)为芯材,采用原位乳液聚合法制备了新型多功能微胶囊相变储能材料。实验结果表明,制备的多功能微胶囊呈粒径分布均匀的球壳结构,包裹率均超过90%,储热性能随着乙酸锌用量增加而减弱;相同条件下,其储热性能比使用常规乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)制备的微胶囊更好;与纯TDA相比,以SMA为乳化剂,PMMAZnO为壁材包覆TDA制备的多功能微胶囊热稳定性明显提高,且具有较高的相变潜热、良好的光降解性能和抗菌活性。

【Abstract】 A novel multifunctional microcapsule phase change energy storage material was prepared by in-situ emulsion polymerization with styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA)as emulsifier,polymethyl methacrylate-zinc oxide(PMMA-ZnO)composite material as wall material,t-tetradecanol(TDA)as core material.The results showed that the prepared multifunctional microcapsules had a spherical shell structure with uniform particle size distribution,and the encapsulation rate exceeded 90%.The heat storage performance decreased with the increase of zinc acetate.Under the same conditions,its heat storage performance was better than that of microcapsules prepared with conventional emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).And compared with pure TDA,the microcapsules prepared with SMA as emulsifier and PMMA-ZnO as the wall material coated with TDA significantly improved the thermal stability,and had higher latent heat of phase change,good photodegradation performance and antibacterial activity.
