反光材料用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究进展
Study on WPU adhesive for reflective material
【摘要】 反光材料广泛应用于交通、运输、消防等领域的标识,反光系数强度、耐磨损性、耐水洗性等是反光材料制品的重要性能指标。反光材料主要由光学元件、胶粘剂、基材组成,胶粘剂的性能对反光材料的使用性能影响较大。介绍了水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶粘剂粘接聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复合材料、无机玻璃的研究进展,指出WPU胶粘剂使用中存在的问题,对其发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Reflective materials are widely used for marking in the fields of traffic,transportation and fire protection.The intensity of reflection coefficient,abrasion resistance and washing resistance are important performance indicators of reflective material products.Reflective materials are mainly composed of optical components,adhesives and substrates.The properties of the adhesive have greater impact on the performance of the reflective materials.The research progress of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)adhesive bonding PET composite materials and inorganic glass was introduced,the problems of WPU adhesive were pointed out,and its development prospects were prospected.
