无皂乳液聚合法制备SPUA及性能研究

【摘要】 以氯化大豆油和大豆油丙烯酸酯为多元醇,与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸反应合成大豆油基水性聚氨酯(SWPU)。以SWPU的双键为反应位点,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体,采用无皂乳液聚合接枝共聚合成了一系列聚丙烯酸酯接枝大豆油基水性聚氨酯(SPUA)。红外光谱、激光粒度仪等测试结果表明,成功制备了接枝共聚物SPUA。与SWPU胶膜相比,SPUA胶膜的吸水率显著降低,硬度明显提高,机械性能和热稳定性也得到提升。

【Abstract】 Soybean oil-based waterborne polyurethane(SWPU)was synthesized by the reaction of chlorinated soybean oil,soybean oil acrylate,isophorone diisocyanate and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid.Soybean oil-based waterborne polyurethane grafted polyacrylate(SPUA)emulsion was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization using double bond in SWPU as reaction sites and methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as monomers.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and laser particle size analyzer showed that the grafted copolymer was successfully prepared.In comparison with the SWPU film,the water absorption of SPUA film was significantly reduced,the hardness was obviously improved,and the mechanical properties and thermal stability were also improved.
