基于环烯烃共聚物的阴离子交换膜的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 以外型-1,4,4a,9,9a,10-六氢-9,10(1′,2′)-桥苯亚基-1,4-桥亚甲基蒽(HBMN)和5-正己基-2-降冰片烯(HN)为单体,通过开环易位聚合、氢化、季胺化等系列反应,制备了9种阴离子交换膜(AEM)。通过核磁共振氢谱仪对聚合物的结构进行表征,并计算出聚合物的氯甲基化程度和离子交换容量,研究了阴离子交换膜的电导率、吸水率、溶胀率及力学性能随离子交换容量的变化规律。结果表明:当HBMN与HN摩尔比为65∶35时,制备的阴离子交换膜(Cl-H-HMHN-b-30)具有最优的综合性能,其离子交换容量为2.16mmol/g;20℃时阴离子交换膜的电导率、吸水率和溶胀率分别为20.6mS/cm、34.1%和3.20%;80℃时,阴离子交换膜的电导率和吸水率分别为85.4mS/cm和55.8%。

【Abstract】 9 kinds of anion exchange membranes(AEM)s were prepared through the ring-opening metathesis polymerization(ROMP)of exo-1,4,4 a,9,9 a,10-hexahydro-9,10(1′,2′)-benzeno-1,4-methanoanthracene(HBMN)and 5-hexyl-2-norbornene(HN),followed by hydrogenation and chloromethylation.The structures of the polymers were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(~1H-NMR),the degree of chloromethylation and ion exchange capacity were calculated via the integral ratios of characteristic peaks.The correlation between water uptake,bicarbonate conductivity,and mechanical properties with ion exchange capacity were studied systematically.When the result of n(HBMN)∶n(HN)was 65∶35,AEM(Cl-H-HMHN-b-30)with an IEC value of 2.16 mmol/g showed the best overall properties.Its bicarbonate conductivity,water uptake rate and swelling rate at 20℃ were 20.6 mS/cm,34.1% and 3.2%,respectively.Its bicarbonate conductivity and water uptake rate at 80℃ were 85.4 mS/cm and 55.8%,respectively.
