有机硅树脂基耐磨复合纤维材料的制备与应用
Preparation and application of silicone resin based wear-resistant composite fiber material
【摘要】 针对棉织物表面耐磨性能差的问题,研究了一种有机硅树脂基纳米TiB2-TiC复合涂层,通过正交试验确定最佳涂层方案,并尝试将其应用于棉织物上,以改善棉织物的表面结构,从而实现棉织物表面优异的耐磨性能,之后测试涂层应用后对棉织物性能的影响。结果表明:当有机硅树脂∶无水乙醇=75∶25,含量为93%,超分散剂含量为1.5%,乙醇增稠剂含量为1.5%,纳米TiB2∶TiC=1∶2,含量为4%时,制备的涂层溶液应用棉织物之后会形成一层包覆层,耐磨性能最优,并且对棉织物的物理机械性能没有太大影响,疏水性能有较大提高。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of poor wear resistance of cotton fabric surface,a kind of silicone resin based nano TiB2-TiC composite coating was prepared.Taber type abrasion tester was applied to characterize the properties of the coating.The best coating solutions were studied through the orthogonal experiment method and applied to cotton fabric to achieve excellent wear resistance,then the properties of coated fabrics were measured.Results shown that when the rate of silicone resin and anhydrous ethanol was 75∶25,content was 93%,the super dispersing agent content was 1.5%,the ethanol thickening agent content was 1.5%,the rate of TiB2 and TiC was 1∶2,content was 4%,the coating cotton fabrics can form a thin film,wear-resisting performance was best.And physical and mechanical properties of cotton fabric were barely affected,hydrophobic performance was greatly improved.
