加工副产物类植物纤维增强聚乳酸可生物降解复合材料研究进展
Research process in plant fiber processing by-product reinforced polylactide acid biodegradable composite
【摘要】 加工副产物类植物纤维具有产量丰富、来源广泛的特点,是较理想的聚合物增强组分。从加工副产物类植物纤维的类别角度出发,归纳了蔗渣纤维、椰壳纤维、香蕉纤维茶粉、核桃粉和中药渣等植物纤维特性,综述了加工副产物类植物纤维增强聚乳酸(PLA)制备可生物降解复合材料的研究现状。针对目前研究中存在的问题,展望了加工副产物类植物纤维增强聚乳酸可生物降解复合材料的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The plant fiber processing by-product is an ideal polymer reinforcing component with the characteristics of abundant yield and wide source.The characteristics of plant fiber processing by-product such as bagasse fiber,coir fiber,banana fiber,tea dust,walnut shell powder and traditional Chinese medicine residues were summarized from the category of plant fiber.And the research status of preparation of biodegradable composites by processing by-product plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid(PLA)in recent years was comprehensively summarized.In view of the problems in the current research,the development tendency of biodegradable composites by processing byproduct plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid(PLA)was proposed.
